"Yes?" Arthur asks, mouth set in a grim line.

"It's one of the omegas, sir. We..." the paramedic breaks off, and Arthur has the sudden gut-wrenching feeling that he knows what he's going to say next. "The drugs aren't working. We can't bring his heat down."
