Elf!Arthur is so adorably ernest and sweet and just *dear* (and still the the prat we all know and love!). And Father Christmas!Merlin is the perfect mix of slightly-akward-aw-shucks, insane magic, and mischif. I loved Elf!Morgana trying to be all blase about the whole new-Father-Christmas-going-to-the-pole thing and failing so completely at it. And Reindeer Farmer!Leon is just plain made of WIN. Fantastic story!
