Kinks/Tropes you'd like to see in your gift: Happy endings – I don't mind some angstyness, but PLEASE resolve it! UST, Flangst, Hurt/Comfort. I like to see them getting together rather than an established relationship. Possessive/Protective Arthur. Merlin meets Arthur through Morgana – I adore when they're really good friends. Oblivious or indenial boys – but I like it when the girls/their friends know how they feel long before they do. I like fics with a large cast of characters – they don't necessarily need to be integral to the plot in anyway, but I like to see how they interact with the main pairing. By the same token, feel free to pair up any of the other characters as a side interest. Awkward, clumsy first-time sex. Wall sex, desperate sex, barebacking. Handholding, kissing &cuddling – I love to see Bradley/Arthur as a secret romantic. I have no top/bottom preference for any of the pairings and would prefer this not to be made an issue of in the fic.

Uther is an MP – Arthur works for him (maybe during Uni hols, or a gap year or something?) Merlin is an activist of some sort – he's camped outside parliament protesting.
I'd love a royalty AU - but instead of the big royal wedding, I'd love to see a fic where Arthur actually abdicates his thrown for Merlin – a bit Edward and Mrs Simpson'ish
Bradley misses Colin during the breaks, so the obvious solution is for them to move in together, right? Or something set after the end of the last series, with one of them pining for the other.
I'm a big fan of Christmas, so a little festive cheer in the mix would be awesome if you can manage it.
