Remember that there's a limit of 40 writers, but artists are unlimited!

Proxy sign ups and how they work:
If you're not able to fill out the sign up form on AO3 when the sign ups go live, you or someone else may leave a comment to this post with your AO3 user name and the time you will be able to post your sign up at the latest.  We will hold a spot for you! If we receive no sign up from you, we will have to give your spot away.

IMPORTANT NOTE, PLEASE READ:
We absolutely know it's very tempting to only tag the bare bones and say that you're willing to create/receive anything, but in our experience, everyone has something they don't want to create/receive. And if you don't tag what you want to make and/or let us know what's not in your wheelhouse, matching might not end up in your favour. Once matches have been made it's very difficult to change, so please take care to include as much as you can in your sign up!

Sign-ups will close at 10 a.m. EDT/2 p.m. GMT/3 p.m. BST on Saturday, September 19.
(For writers they close whenever we hit our limit)

Hi - have tried to sign up but says there's a problem with relationship tags? Can you reserve me a place and any idea what I'm doing wrong? I've chosen Merlin TV and then used the tags in the relationship category that came up in the drop down list...

And ... managed to sort out what I was doing wrong - for anyone else, it didn't like having two relationship tags - Merlin/Arthur Pendragon (Merlin) and Merlin/Arthur Pendragon!

Yes, this is important! AO3 gets finnicky about that. It needs to have the one that says (Merlin) at the end
