2015 Merlin Holidays Schedule and Info

We are happy to announce that sign-ups for the 2015 Merlin Holidays Exchange Fest will open in just a few days:

Monday, September 14, at 10 a.m. EDT/2 p.m. GMT/3 p.m. BST.

Sign-ups will close at 10 a.m. EDT/2 p.m. GMT/3 p.m. BST on Saturday, September 19, or whenever we get an even number of participants.

Please note that sign-ups and matching (and all posting) will once again be through AO3 this year! If you need an AO3 account, please obtain one prior to sign-ups. We can help you with an invite if you need one.

This is an anonymous exchange fest for Merlin fandom. All pairings and ratings are welcome! Below you will find community rules and the schedule. This is not a sign-up post. This is an information post so you can decide if this fest is for you!

Sign-ups open: Monday, September 14 (10AM EDT/2PM GMT/3PM BST)
Sign-ups close: Saturday, September 19 (10AM EDT/2PM GMT/3PM BST)
Assignments out: Tuesday, September 22
Fanworks Due: Sunday, November 30
Posting begins: Monday, December 12
