Dear merthurmagic025, happy holidays to you in this unusual year! Here is a fic based on one of your inspiring prompts. I hope you'll find it enjoyable. The story uses a scene in the Merlin S4 episode 'The Hunter's Heart' as its starting point, but the action soon goes AU and leaves canon far behind, as you will see.
