Very intense. Kept me holding my breath for at times. Thanks for not giving us too many details on background and history, you could have easily made the story three times as long, I guess, but the way it is, it has just about the perfect amount of detail not to be a pale pwp and not to distract from the incredible sexual tension and intensity. Beautiful. A pleasure to read, how Arthur and Merlin are still equals here despite the age difference, just like they are in canon despite their difference in rank.
