Summary: Modern Magical AU. Merlin and Gwaine get a new flat. It turns out to be not quite 'as advertised,' though, to be fair, the landlord never actually said, "There are no tragic, horny, gay ghosts occupying this space." (The fact that nobody asked for a security deposit after seeing Merlin's credentials should have been their first clue.)
