Remember that there's a limit of 40 writers, but artists are unlimited!

Proxy sign ups and how they work:
If you're not able to fill out the sign up form on AO3 when the sign ups go live, you or someone else may leave a comment to this post with your AO3 user name and the time you will be able to post your sign up at the latest.  We will hold a spot for you! If we receive no sign up from you, we will have to give your spot away.

IMPORTANT NOTE, PLEASE READ:
We absolutely know it's very tempting to only tag the bare bones and say that you're willing to create/receive anything, but in our experience, everyone has something they don't want to create/receive. And if you don't tag what you want to make and/or let us know what's not in your wheelhouse, matching might not end up in your favour. Once matches have been made it's very difficult to change, so please take care to include as much as you can in your sign up!

Sign-ups will close at 10 a.m. EDT/2 p.m. GMT/3 p.m. BST on Saturday, September 19.
(For writers they close whenever we hit our limit)

Hey! This is the tumblr!answering mod to let you know that a spot it still being held for your friend and we will need an email address to send the AO3 Invitation to if she still needs one, or if she already has one and has activated an AO3 account, just tell us which name to look for :)

Ahhhhh thank you, you gracious angel! :'3 Her email is kristynreneau@gmail.com. She should have time to sign up with AO3 early afternoon PST tomorrow and then will have her fest sign up submitted ASAP after that, by tomorrow night! I'll post her username here as soon as she has one :) <3
