Submission Form for Merlin Holidays
Remember! Your gift is due Nov 19th!* Thank you so much to the participant who already submitted!
(*Nov 26 for returnees who did NOT require an extension. If you aren't sure if you qualify for a later submission date, let us know.)
Here is the submission template for your gift. Send it as an email to merlinholidays@gmail.com
In the subject line, please put: From [your LJ name] to [recipient's LJ name]
HEADERS:
FOR FIC
FOR ART
For fanfiction, your finished story must be supplied as a Word document in ".docx", ".doc" or ".txt" format.
It must come complete with all (HTML) coding that you would use for any A03 posting, such as bold, italic, centered. Please refer to this post for how to do html coding (thank you,
phoenixacid).
For drawings and graphics, your finished piece(s) must be supplied as pictures in ".jpg", ".png" or ".gif" formatting. Do not sign or watermark your art for the anonymous part of this exchange. If you wish to submit a piece with a signature, include it in addition to the unmarked version and we will replace it once creator names are revealed.
Your art must be in a size and resolution suitable for computer viewing. Please include a preview picture no bigger than 200x100 (if you cannot make one, we can do one for you).
If you would like the mods to host your art submission and/or post it to A03 on your behalf, please not that with your submission. Also, if you have any specifications of how you want your art displayed, please let us know in the body of your message when submitting the template.
Please include all the header information with your submission. Once we have your submission will we email you your posting date and details of how to post to this fest on AO3. Anyone who requested AO3 codes, they will be sent to you in the next 24hrs. If you requested a code and no longer need it, please comment below to let us know.
